Question 1

How much does luggage storage cost?

Accepted Answer

From €2.50 per bag per day depending on size, plus a flat €1.90 booking & handling fee per bag. Everything is shown clearly before you pay. No platform commission on top.

Question 2

How long can I store my luggage?

Accepted Answer

From a few hours to several days. You choose your drop-off and pick-up times when booking, and pay for the days you need.

Question 3

Is my luggage safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bags stay inside our staffed shop, never left unattended. Each bag is tagged and photographed at drop-off, and released only against your numbered tag card. If you've lost it, we release your bags once we've verified your booking by reference and email.

Question 4

Where exactly are you located?

Accepted Answer

We're in central Lisbon, a short walk from Rossio and Baixa. The exact address and map are in your confirmation email and on the Find us section.

Question 5

What if I pick up later than booked?

Accepted Answer

No problem — just let us know. Any extra days are charged at the same flat daily rate when you collect.

Question 6

What can't I store?

Accepted Answer

For everyone's safety we can't accept perishable, fragile, illegal, or hazardous items, or anything of exceptional value (cash, jewellery, electronics beyond normal travel items). Full list is in our Terms.

Question 7

What if I lose my tag card?

Accepted Answer

Your numbered tag card is your claim ticket. If you lose it, a €5 replacement fee applies and we'll verify your booking by reference and email before releasing your bags.

Question 8

Can I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cancellation is free with a full refund any time before your scheduled drop-off time. After that, bookings are non-refundable (including no-shows).

Question 9

Which bag size should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Small fits up to 45 cm (a backpack or handbag), Medium up to 55 cm (a cabin bag), Large up to 90 cm (a checked suitcase). Between two sizes? Pick the bigger one: if your bag turns out smaller, the keeper changes the booking and refunds the difference to your card.

Question 10

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Online when you book: by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay where your phone supports it, MB WAY and the other methods shown at checkout. No booking? Come during opening hours and pay at the counter by card (with a QR code on your phone) or in cash.
